How to get the most out of the VA Membership

how to get the most out of the va membership (1)

Running a business alone does not mean you have to be lonely. I have seen too many Virtual Assistants struggle in silence because they are too proud or too stubborn to ask for help. A successful VA business is built on a foundation of continuous training, solid support, and the right tools to work ON your business rather than just IN it.  I want to share with you how to get the most out of the VA Membership.

The VA Membership is my group coaching program designed to give you affordable, direct support exactly when you need it. It is about servant leadership and community. If you have joined us, do not let your investment sit idle. Here is how to take charge and make the most of every penny.

1. Show up to the live monthly training

We hold live training webinars and calls every month. I know you are busy, and yes, they are recorded. However, showing up live gives you the floor. It allows you to get your specific questions answered and ensures you are not just a passive observer in your own career.

2. Commit to the work

The bonus section is packed with audios, checklists, and workbooks. They are worth nothing if they stay digital dust on your hard drive. Unless you commit to doing the work and implementing what you learn, your business will stay exactly where it is now. Stop making excuses and start taking action.

3. Schedule time for growth

Business growth is not something that happens in the gaps between client work. You must be intentional. Set aside non negotiable time to go through the training and implement the steps. If you do not value your time enough to invest it in your own development, no one else will.

4. Get coached live on weekly calls

We host weekly group coaching calls. This is your chance to get in the hot seat. Use this time to get coached in a group environment. You will learn just as much from the challenges of other VAs as you will from your own. Whether you are a veteran VA or just starting out, being present on these calls is vital.

5. Use the co-working sessions

Isolation is the enemy of productivity. Use the bonus co-working sessions to get your head down and get things done. There is a different energy when you work alongside others who are just as driven as you are. It keeps you accountable and keeps you moving.

6. Shout about your professional development

Talk about being a member of the VA Membership. Tell your network and potential clients that you are invested in your personal development. Clients want to work with VAs who stay sharp and are part of a professional body. It builds trust and proves you take your business seriously.

7. Be an active member of the community

This private group is your go to for advice. If you want a supportive environment, you have to contribute to it. Do not just take; give back. Answer questions, offer encouragement, and be visible. Leadership starts with showing up for others.

8. Forge real connections

The VA Membership is about more than just facts and figures. It is about the friendships and connections you make. These are the people who will refer work to you, pick you up when you are down, and celebrate your wins.

Investing in the VA Membership is an investment in your future. It costs less than £2 per day. That is less than a mediocre cup of coffee. I know you and your business are worth that investment. The question is, do you?

The VA Membership is an affordable way to get support and advice to grow your VA business. If you’d like to explore more of what the group offers, you can check out the details here.
