This was my first year attending the event, I came on my own but knew that was going to be like most of us. I loved how relaxed the conference was but also very formal and well structured at the same time.Made some great connections and it was actually a real pleasure to take the off out of my business and to work ON it.
I attended the UK VA Conference with a certain amount of trepidation that I might be disappointed and that this year (2024) would not be as good as 2023. I needn’t have worried, this year didn’t disappoint. The conference had everything, it was informative, interesting, made us think, laugh, sing, and dance. What more could you ask for?

If you only attend one conference a year, let it be the U.K. VA conference. The whole vibe from the unofficial networking the night before to the doors closing after the awards is just full of pride, love, inclusion, curiosity and collaboration. You will be hard pressed to walk into a room of more inspirational people than at this event. Amanda does so much for the VA industry and always pulls out all the stops to ensure an exceptionally reasonably priced, hugely valuable and topical conference. The thought and work that goes into finding the best speakers and making sure the event is amazing can be seen in every single area of the event and I left feeling revitalised and so proud to be part of such an amazing group of people.
The UK VA Conference is such an important event in the UK VA calendar. The speakers are always great, the themes help VAs to stay up to date with what is happening in the industry and in business generally. The networking is so important, building that supportive network of VAs that can support you as you build your business, and it’s a fun and welcoming event in general. I can highly recommend it to any VAs, whether it be your first conference or one of many you attend each year – there is something there for everyone!

The headline price is £300 for the UK VA Conference and the Gala Dinner and Awards. Early bird pricing is available.
Of course you can, one of the many reasons for choosing Bournemouth to host the event is due to the fact it has good transport links with both Bournemouth Airport and easy access to Southampton Airport.
We don’t give refunds on event tickets but we do offer transfers. So if you find you are no longer able to attend the UKVA Conference or the Gala Dinner and Awards, you may transfer your ticket to a colleague – providing you give us the name, email address and any dietary requirements of the person you are transferring your ticket to – at least 96 hours prior to the event. Please also be aware that it’s your responsibility to find someone to give/sell your ticket to – not ours. We will share your details with those we know who might be interested in attending.
