She has 10 years’ experience leading global coaching programmes in one of the world’s most famous and successful companies. Ali is a regular speaker for large organisation as well as charities which support women achieving. She was chosen as headline speaker by Historical Royal Palaces for their celebration of 100 years of votes for women at The Tower of London.
She is founder of the successful #FindYourRoar confidence workshop – one of the country’s leading workshops for women. She also hosts her own Empowerment Days and live radio show. Additionally, she has her own YouTube channel – The Reconnection Space.

And the more you resolve you’re not going to give in to it this time, the quicker you find yourself sucked back into your own favourite form of avoiding something you need to complete.
Procrastination has killed more businesses than lack of start up capital or misidentifying markets. It saps that most precious, non-renewable commodity – time – and drains away our lives. So why does almost everyone fall into that particular trap and – more to the point – how do you get out of it?

In this webinar, we’re going to explore how to endear yourself to your audience and your peers by sharing your story authentically while building up your expertise and credibility.
Before you can create credibility as an expert, you have to understand what it is – and what it isn’t. You also have to understand that the definition changes according to the field you are operating within. If you are in any academic or scientific field, for example, University degrees don’t even begin to count until you achieve your doctorate (or at least a master’s degree). All work has to completely original. You cannot “re-purpose” any work unless you cite all your previous uses (in a specific format). And so forth.
People will tell you that it takes years to build up credibility – and to a point, that’s true: But think back to experts who you gave your trust to. Was there anyone who gained your trust and interest instantly? Did you find yourself either wishing you were exactly like that professional – or that you could be coached by her? If so, take out a notepad and detail exactly what happened – and why you felt the way you did.
Fortunately, most Virtual Assistants, Social Media Managers, and Online Marketers don’t need such stringent and specific certification – and degrees are not always a guarantee of stronger credibility if they are too general or not relevant to your client’s need today: However, one factor you do need to check carefully is whether or not certain certifications are required by law.
