Some of you have said you need to do a bit of a mental and physical declutter of your lives to help you really push through into 2022, and so I have refreshed the following resources for you to work through. These were originally uploaded to the group back in 2016, but they have had a bit of a refresh and hopefully will help you move forwards with your 2021 planning.
For those of you who are struggling with Mindset – I suggest you have a watch of the webinars and trainings in the Confidence and Wellbeing section or do the meditation / visualisation specifically created for you by Isobel Gatherer. I would try to get into the habit of doing this meditation regularly.
