Forget endless email chains and rigid meeting schedules. Our Back Pocket Day provides real-time, focused support through a dedicated communication channel on Practice.do. You’ll have my (Amanda’s) undivided attention for a full day (typically 0900 to 2100) with flexibility to accommodate your needs, allowing for in-depth discussions, brainstorming sessions, and strategic planning.

Using Practice.do, we’ll leverage the power of voice and text messaging to maximise our time together. This dynamic platform facilitates seamless communication, allowing us to address your questions, explore ideas, and refine your strategies in real-time.

Your Back Pocket Day includes:

• A pre-session questionnaire to identify your specific needs and goals.
• A full day of focused support via Practice.do (0900 to 2100 GMT or BST), with flexibility.
• Dedicated time for brainstorming, problem-solving, and strategic planning.
• A post-session summary with key takeaways and action steps.

This intensive approach ensures you receive concentrated, personalised guidance, empowering you to make significant progress in just one day.

Once you have purchased your Back Pocket Coaching, I will add you to the Practice.do system and invite you to join a private client portal between yourself and her. This gives a centralised place for chat, shared resources, forms and managing to-do’s.

You will then have a private messenger type channel where you can send messages, files, voice notes between us. Everything inside of Practice is fully encrypted and nobody (including Practice) can access the communications between us.

You will be able to message me on a day we agree – generally we agree a weekday, and you can message between 0900 and 2100.  I may reply to messages outside of these hours but there is no guarantee.

I prefer to use Practice for this but we could use Voxer or WhatsApp – but if we are going to use one of these other platforms we need to agree that we both can access it fully.
