She may reply to messages outside of these hours but there is no guarantee.

The magic of using Practice.do as the private client portal is its ability to deliver immediate, personal support through voice and text messaging. It combines the intimacy of a direct conversation with the convenience of an asynchronous communication platform.

You get expert guidance without being tied to specific meeting times or formal session structures.

Once you have purchased your Back Pocket Coaching, Amanda will add you to the Practice.do system and invite you to join a private client portal between yourself and her. This gives a centralised place for chat, shared resources, forms and managing to-do’s.

You will then have a private messenger type channel where you can send messages, files, voice notes between us. Everything inside of Practice is fully encrypted and nobody (including Practice) can access the communications between us.

You will be able to message Amanda, Monday to Friday between 0900 and 1700.  She may reply to messages outside of these hours but there is no guarantee.
